I'm not even sure how I got to your blog, but I'm really glad I did. You have a sweet spirit that reaches out to people, even way down here in Arkansas. You see the true treasures in life that so many have but overlook. It takes special eyes to see the magic and wonderment of the simple things that are all around us. If we never feel the cold, how could we ever appreciate enough the warmth of a nice blanket and cup of hot chocolate? What a lose that would be! Thanks for letting me see the family, friends, home, gardens and other treasures that you hold so dear. You are a very blessed person and so are they for having you.
ps. I also have a grandson, 3 1/2, and words can't express what he means to me...he even wears "wellies" often, but I've never heard them called that. We just call them rubber boots or galoshes.
